  1. Unfortuntely there where some crucial mistakes in my former version, so I'll have to post this new, functioning one:

     

     

    The first part are costum key bindings and synczone specific commands.

    I've taken them from configs I've found here, but also added my own commands.

    The second part is an adjusted version of Don's L4D2 autoexec.

    You can find the original and detailed explanations here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2080074 (Please beware that there is a coop-specific version as well as a versus version.)

     

    The main benefits I experienced are:

    • Lerp is set to minimum, which makes it possible for me to block hunters in the air before they pin me down.
    • Better overview over the situation due to improved color management of the glowing outlines.

     

    To add Don's autoexec file, you will need to download one of its versions from the webpage mentioned above for there are scripts you'll need to copy into your L4D2 folder.

  2. 1. Every stat also your playing days will be at 0 because you'd start a new stat profile. (The old one won't be deleted however.)

    But: If the current stats are correct and your low points come - for example - from the high amout of deaths, it will take you way more than 3 days to reach a respectable rank. Furthermore you can always switch back to your old username and continue with the old stats if this doesn't solve the problem.

     

    Still, as far as I know the point system, you should have way more than 10pt (Something with 4-5 digits would be appropriate). Maybe an admin will post here in the next days and either say the stats are corret or that there's a bug. If not, I'd ask an admin, if I were you.

     

     

    2. Conerning versus servers: If you are planing on playing versus on synczone as well, you should wait with your VIP application: As you can see in your versus stats you've only played 3 hours.

    Concerning her Stats: She got 10 points, however we've played many successful rounds together and she never teamkilled anyone afaik. Maybe someone can explain the mystery of her having 10pt.

    As Лук said, you don't have to ask someone... ...but it would be advisible to do so:

    There's no fixed amout, but it would be good if at least 5-10 people post "pro" or "за" in this thread. Therefor you should ask VIP-Players THAT KNOW YOU as a respectable player, to vote for you in this thread.

    Voices against you (against/против) are not very important as long as they don't come from an admin or have a reasonable argument.

    Furthermore I'd suggest you change you're nickname, so the Stats will start from zero again. (Delete or add one a, for example.)

    You can do this via editing your profile in the steam client.

  4. Being allowed the VIP-status a few days ago, I unfortuntely already have to ask concerning a problem, I'm sorry!

     

    I was mentioned in the VIP-list but have been removed somehow. The only reason I can imagine is that I registered ingame before I got the VIP with a certain SteamID and after I got it, I loggin in with a different SteamID, the one I registered my VIP with. The game asked me something in russian (both SteamIDs were visible) and wanted Yes or No. I assmued it asked me, wheter I wanted to change the SteamID connected with my account to the current, so i pressed Yes.

    Afterwards I couldn't find my name on the VIP-list and I cannot connect to (coop-)games with 16 players or more. However the chat says the following:

    I log in via the setinfo command in my autoexec file.

     

    I hope not to have caused a big problem or given an agrument to the people objecting to non-russian-speaking VIPs ;)

    I'd like to apply for VIP-status but got two questions before:

     

    1. I legally own L4D2 (STEAM_0:1:80006417) but play via NoSteam (STEAM_0:0:1796157852) for my purchased version is censored.

    a)Is it possible to apply for VIP-status with the ID I got via NoSteam or do I have to take my regular SteamID?

    b)Does anyone have experience with the problem that the ID may change (after reinstallation, e.g.) and how to counter this issue?
