Is he a HACKER?

I want to bring to the notice of administrators that me and some other people might have spotted a cheater/hacker in Coop game.

Accused name : Umbrella [sTEAM_0:0:1171505654]

Witnesses : Jimmy Boy, Murphy's Law

Accusation : I saw him running with abnormal speed. I think he was using speed hack

Teammates got him kicked when they saw him.

Jimmy Boy who brought to the notice of team that he was using hacks, he started harassing him with multiple !votekicks [in the screenshots]

All this happened 2 days ago and yesterday when he joined again HE admitted that he was using hack and won't use again. [in his chat history can be seen]

 

I think this guy should be under constant supervision of admins, so that if he uses hacks again can be caught. OR its up to the admins to do whatever is appropriate.
