transfering data and vip status

So as it says in topic, I'm having problem with transferring my data and vip status. I have two pc-s and always login with my acc (I dont play with same acc on both pc at the same time). I played this week with one pc and normaly transferred my data and vip status, problem is what happend today that i played with another one and lost my data and vip status.

There is always option at the beggining asking me will i transfer my data, but now its not showing up? Don't know what went wrong, if someone had these issue, please let me know

so i resolve this. I started game on both pc's and on one i put some username, but on mine i wrote borut. Then it asked me to transfer my data.
