Spawning back in after after going !afk

So, i went afk after needing to do and go somewhere quick, but when i spawned in prior to finishing the death timer i spawned in with zero health i cant crouch and i cant see my Hud for my inventory, this also happens if i spawn back in using mpoints. Either i get healed by someone else (heal bomb or by a survivor) or get downed deliberately by taking damage that i get to see my inventory Hud and get to crouch after being helped back up by a survivor.

This also happens in a map, Dark Carnival i spawned in inside the fence area at the very first round no restart from this map just a fresh map after finishing the previous map actually there were two survivors that was teleported inside there but im the only one that was not teleported out by the game with the mentioned issue above.
